Our facility provides a selection of different partial stabilized zirconia, including yttria partially stabilized, MgO partially stabilized, CaO partially stabilized. All these zirconium oxide ceramic materials offer low thermal conductivity, superb wear resistance, excellent fracture toughness, outstanding low friction coefficient, exceptional resistant strong acid & alkali, and great high-temperature resistance, strong hardness, electrical insulation, these make zirconia ceramic as a very important technical raw material of structural parts used in various machinery, electrical, electronic, engineering fields.
With high fracture toughness to resistant crack, it's an ideal machinable advanced ceramics. Our facility is capable of machining a variety of complicated ceramic parts with a very high accuracy dimension through fine grinding, lapping, CNC machining, laser cutting and so on.
These zirconia structural ceramics are widely used to wear ceramic fixtures, the ceramic plunger in fluid metering, ceramic valve seat in the pump, ceramic shaft/bearing, ceramic wire guides in the textile machinery industry.
We produce various zirconia ceramic components in different materials with a special design.

We have in-housing comprehensive manufacturing types of equipment, including forming, sintering, CNC machining,
precision grinding, laser cutting and so on, it helps us to control the quality very well, also it greatly benefits cost control.
1. We will keep the ceramic parts inside the inner package to be fixed without moving, then it will prevent them from collision each other,
to avoid any cause any chippings during transportation.
2. In addition, the inside of the outer carton will be filled with sufficient protective kinds of stuff.
