We produce numerous zirconic ceramic tubings from various special configurations, different grades of raw materials, customized surface treatments. Zirconium oxide is an extremely tough technical ceramic with a hardness of >9 Mohs. Zirconia has the highest strength and fracture toughness at room temperature among all the advanced ceramic materials, In addition to withstanding attacks from molten metal, organic solvents, strong acids, and strong alkalis. So zirconia ceramic parts always used in various severe service conditions.
Many of these zirconia ceramic tubings are used in precise assembly devices, like a ceramic plunger, sensor parts in automation, ceramic cup ring for oil printer, so further precision processing is needed via fine grinding, CNC machining and polishing. With in-house comprehensive types of equipment, we are capable of control the critical parameters very well.
Besides zirconia ceramic tubing, we also manufacture a wide range of ceramic valve seat, ceramic plunger, ceramic wire guides and various complicated zirconia structural ceramic parts.
We produce various zirconia ceramic components in different materials with a special design.

We have in-housing comprehensive manufacturing types of equipment, including forming, sintering, CNC machining,
precision grinding, laser cutting and so on, it helps us to control the quality very well, also it greatly benefits cost control.
1. We will keep the ceramic parts inside the inner package to be fixed without moving, then it will prevent them from collision each other,
to avoid any cause any chippings during transportation.
