Ceramic slit guides are made of high aluminum oxides, or zirconium oxide ceramics. Both technical ceramics have superb high hardness, wear-resistance, and low friction coefficient because of their special microstructure after high-temperature sintering.
In order to cater to different cost needs, the polishing grade is to be classified to coarse polishing ( better than Ra0.8), fine polishing (better than Ra0.4) and diamond polishing (Better than Ra0.2). In the meantime, there are both sides diamond polishing and single side diamond polishing.
We offer a number of ceramic yarn guides for thread guides, yarn forming, and yarn modification via different shaping methods in different technical raw materials as per customers' needs.
