The ceramic cutters are made of non-metallic technical zirconia ceramics. As the purity of raw materials and grain size refinement, with various carbides, nitrides, borides and oxides additive to improve their properties, at the same time, the fracture toughness of zirconia ceramic cutting blades improved through the synergy of particles, whiskers, phase transformation, microcracks, and several toughening mechanisms.which not only improves the bending strength to 0.9-1. 0GPa (high up to 1.3-1.5 GPa), and the fracture toughness and impact resistance have been greatly improved. So it's called the " ceramic steel" in a variety of advanced ceramics.
All ceramic blades we supplied are designed for high performance and precisions cutting processes in various including film and foil, medical, converting or assembling of electronic components.
The application scope of the zirconia ceramic cutting blade has been expanding progressively. It has been widely used in civil ceramic tools in recent years, like textile machinery, household, art and so on.
We produce various zirconia ceramic sealing parts, including ceramic valve seat, ceramic seal ring, ceramic seal cylinder and so on.
