Description of alumina ceramic sheet
Alumina ceramic sheets are formed by tape casting, dry pressed or Isostatic pressed and sintered under high temperature to be a strong and dense ceramic part. We can produce different grades of materials to custom specifications by request, in addition to custom compositions for commercial and research applications and new proprietary technologies.
In order to reach some special application, like enhance the insulation strength, dielectric, precision assembly, we always proceed with these ceramic alumina plates with the secondary process with our in-housing manufacturing types of equipment, including diamond polishing, glazed surface, high precision dimensions, and super flat surface and metalized.
We have the capability in producing small to large size alumina ceramic sheets, whatever, it's a prototyping case or high volume project, we could provide you an ideal solution.
The prime characteristics of the alumina ceramic sheet:
1. Good smoothness/flatness with a full dense body.
2, High-Temperature Resistance, high Wear-resistance
3. Physical and chemical properties are stable even in a harsh environment.
