It's a typical ceramic grinding burr for coffee grinders that are made of 95% aluminum oxide ceramics. Due to excellent wear resistance, cost-effective and eco-friendly characteristics of this technical ceramic, it has been widely accepted by many coffee grinder manufacturers.
